Millar & Bryce are pleased to announce that as part of our ongoing policy of product review and enhancement, our Property Enquiry Certificate in both the Glasgow City Council and Midlothian Council area will now, with effect from Monday 13th February 2012 include the search categories for Planning Applications & Building Warrants. In both categories we will confirm the Council Reference Number, Description of Proposal, Status (Decision) and Date.

As before, our Property Enquiry Certificates will continue to include, as standard, Waters & Sewers, all ex adverso roads information and of course remain competitively priced. We aim to provide both Residential and Commercial Property Enquiry Certificates within 2 working days, but if required, can produce these for a same day service at no extra cost.

The product continues to qualify within the terms and conditions of our Loyalty Dividend Scheme.

Property Enquiry Certificates provided by Millar & Bryce are covered by comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance.

There will be no additional charge for this enhanced service.
